Talos High Frequency eyelet machine

The Matic Talos is a high frequency eyelet machine which welds strong pvc eyelets into pvc banners, as the eyelets are welded into the banner they become and form part of the banner. A full selection of coloured eyelets are available to match the background colour of the banner. This fully autromatic machine punches and inserts the grommets in one action.

Can be supplied with its own power supply of powered from an existing High frequency welder supply.

There are six models to choose from depending on your requirements:

• Talos-M-14 Manual machine, arm 145 mm. for grommets and washers up to 14 mm. diam.
• Talos-M-40 Manual machine, arm 150mm for grommets and washers up to 40mm diam.
• Talos-N-14 Pneumatic machine , arm 50mm for grommets and washers up to 14 mm. diam.
• Talos-N-40 Pneumatic machine , arm 150mm. For grommets and washers up to 40 mm diam.
• Talos-A-S Automatic machine: motor powered, electronic system for feeding of grommets.
• Talos-A-D Automatic machine: motor powered, electronic system, twin feeding for inserting grommet + washer automatically.
