Photostory CTB

Unibind’s Photostory CTB The first "Do it yourself" system engineered and developed to create digital photo and wedding albums from photographic paper. Using a patented thermo activated glue that gives a range of benefits over conventional binding methods being both easy to use and operator friendly the Easysheets are coated with a heat activated glue allowing the album to be assembled and inspected prior to bonding.

The heat-activated glue insures superior bonding that with the combination of pressure allows the glue to penetrate the fabric of photographs and bonds them permanently.

The Photostory system is designed to minimize operator error and a single operator can create books in about one hour, conventional glue binding systems usually require a day to dry. With a capacity to produce 7 8”x8” per hour the Photostory CTB is the ideal entry level with a maximum page per book capacity of 40 single sheets delivering both productivity increase and cost savings over fully manual binding.
