Unibind’s Photostory CTBMaxi builds on the features of the CTB developed to create digital photo and wedding albums from photographic paper.
Using a patented thermo activated glue that gives a range of benefits over conventional binding methods being both easy to use and operator friendly the Easysheets are coated with a heat activated glue allowing the album to be assembled and inspected prior to bonding.
The Photostory system is designed to minimize operator error and a single operator can create books in about one hour, conventional glue binding systems usually require a day to dry. With a capacity to produce 5 11”x14” per hour the Photostory CTBMaxi is the ideal mid range binder with a maximum page per book capacity of 70 single sheets delivering both productivity increase and cost savings over fully manual binding.
