Elitron Spark CThe Elitron Spark is avilable in two versions. Spark C and Spark F Elitron Spark C conveyor shown here, has a choice of working surface sizes: 800 x 1600mm 1200 x 1600mm 1900 x 1600mm 2500 x 1600mm and can cut materials up to 20mm thickness at a speed of up to 70m/min. Spark C conveyor and can be integratefd with an unwinder system for flexible rolls, textiles and vinyls. The Multi-tool head handles up to 4 tools simultaneously, these can include: Fixed or oscillating knife (both electric and pneumatic), 1kw Electgro spindle router module Creasing wheel kit, Perforator, Kiss-cut, V-cut (45°, other angles available), Cut & crease knife, Circular knife Pen module Laser pointer. The Spark has Elitron's patented Seeker System fitted which recognises cut marks and automates the cutting start. Seeker System Pro is available as an option which recognises the printed images and loads the corresponding cutting files automatically. Seeker Pro can process different materials simultaneously without having to place sheets in any order or alignment on the cutting table. Video Projection cuts waste and landfill by projecting images onto the material placed on the table beneath. Simply put the material where the projected image is and proceed to cut. This way materials previously thrown away as off cuts or waste can be used profitably.  |
